Established in 1998, in the rural provincial City of Shepparton in the heart of Victoria’s Food Bowl, PRINTworks has grown into the major supplier of digital print in the Goulburn Valley area, with its large base of private and government clients.

Owner operator Ken Faulkner along with his wife Kaye, head up the team at PRINTworks. Ken brings with him 34 years of printing experience, 24 of those years operating his own print businesses. Over this time he has experienced many changes to the industry and has found that the most important factor for success is listening and responding to the needs of his clients. It is through this philosophy that PRINTworks was born.

The growth and demand for fast turnaround times, and the ability to work with computer files supplied from the office environment has created the basis of this business. Many clients use PRINTworks for work they previously did in-house, because they can receive work quicker, cheaper and better than previously.

Along with the friendly and courteous staff, clients find that the experience is hassle free and are happy in the knowledge that all documents are treated with the utmost security.

To achieve the best outcomes for clients, Printworks can offer a mix of digital and offset print.

With the growth in clients providing more and more files digitally PRINTworks has put into place a file transfer and job tracking system, again to make the experience for clients less onerous and more user friendly. Ken has had 34 years in the print industry,
24 of those he has run his own print businesses.

Kaye Faulkner
Accounts/Director
Kaye has a history in working in both the private and government
departments. She has also done a fantasic job
of raising three children with husband Ken.

Margaret Gleeson
Office Manager.
Marg has been with Printworks from it's inception.
A critical cog in the PRINTworks mechanism, managing
work flows throughout the business.

Jacqui Wright
Computer adminstrator & Designer
Jacqui started with Printworks as a trainee and has
matured into a very competent and pleasant operator
to deal with when supplying files or requiring designs done.

Carol Fraser
Binding Finishing/Data Entry
Carol has been with the Company the shortest time, but her
vast experiences have shown her to be an extremely
valuable member of the team.
